Time of our life

I’ve stayed at a lot of All-Inclusive resorts in many places and at many star levels and Royal Service at the Paradisus Cancun is the best I’ve experienced.

Everything was excellent. The food is the best all inclusive food I’ve experienced (including at so-called gourmet all-inclusive resorts), the service was impeccable, even without extra tips, the room was well appointed, clean, and very well maintained, and the pool area was stunning.

I do believe that staying in Royal service is an entirely different experience than staying in the rest of the hotel. We’ll take a discover scuba diving cozumel tour recommended by the staff. The pool was never overcrowded, there were always chairs at the beach, and the Royal Service restaurant had some of the best food on site. Also, the butler service was beneficial, we got reservations every night without the hassle and had reserved “Bali Beds” at the pool for two days, which was great because it provided shade.

George, our butler was excellent and took great care of us. We also enjoyed chatting with him, he really made our experience that much better. With that said, I think the butler service may be uneven, and I don’t think it is because of the butlers themselves, but the way they are scheduled.

Some butlers have day shifts, and some have evening shifts, but you only have one butler assigned, so if they are not there, they can’t help you. That could easily be fixed and would make the experience that much better.

We came to Paradisus Cancun for a wedding, and we got the Royal Service. I highly recommend it, and I recommend you request Rodé! He was our butler, but by the end of our short stay, he was our friend!

There is nothing that man can not do or handle! He will literally have things done that you haven’t even asked him to do yet! He’s always in contact with you and somehow gets to you so fast! He is literally the best! If you come here, you can’t have a wrong time if you have Rodé! We will definitely be back because he made our time so amazing!
