They had excellent service, and Julio, who was working at the counter, was accommodating. He explained thoroughly when I was confused about something. I recommend people to come and try their spa! I would go back again if I had the opportunity.
We have been traveling to Beach Palace for Thanksgiving for the past few years. The staff and people of Beach Palace make it feel like you’re coming home for a holiday with the snorkeling riviera maya suggestions they make. We are members of the Palace Resorts and the reason we love Palace is the people – they treat you like family. We want to thank everyone for making our trip so enjoyable.
From Janett who welcomes you in the main restaurant to Gabriela, who is the heart of the breakfast experience. She is warm, charming remembers how you like your eggs and makes you feel like a guest in her own house. Victor takes excellent care of you poolside and Jair is the master cocktail mixologist in the lobby bar. I highly recommend you spend an hour with him and let him fix you one of his specialty drinks made with precision.
I also highly recommend the steak restaurant, managed by Alex, who is also an expert Sommelier. We took his wine tasting class, and it was excellent. At the restaurant, I strongly recommend the Cowboy cut Ribeye paired with the Tributo Cabernet/Merlot blend. At the Steakhouse, Carlos and Ramon will take excellent care of you.
We just arrived home from an 8-day vacation at Beachbody Palace, Cancun. We were treated so well by all of the staff, but three staff members really made our vacation special. The first person was Luis from the entertainment team. He was so friendly and was always trying to get people involved with the activities around the pool. He led us through water aerobics and many games of volleyball in the pool and on the beach. He was so kind and went out of his way to make us feel special.
In the buffet, two team members went above and beyond. The first person was Gabriela, who made us delicious omelets and always remembered who we were each morning.
Alfredo was our favorite person during the lunchtime Buffet. He was so friendly and was happy to serve us each day, with a smile on his face in the hotel.
