It was a beautiful ocean view, the room was spotless. The staff at all the restaurants were excellent, Juan Jose at the buffet was always happy and friendly. Every waiter and waitress, the hostess was awesome.
I would definitely recommend this resort and plan to come back next year. The staff was amazing with the cozumel private snorkeling tour suggestions, and Jack and the entertainment crew kept things lively and were very hospitable. The food was amazing, everything from the fresh ceviche to fresh tortillas made to order. Thank you for a fantastic time!

We just spent a week here and can’t say enough about how great it was! The beach is beautiful as well as the grounds. Very clean! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
The food is excellent! There are several people I have to mention that made this one of our favorite vacations ever: at the El Mexicano restaurant- Ramon the manager and Jonathan, the chef throughout the week, made each of our visits special.
A meal specially prepared or an artistic dessert. (Without asking). It was extraordinary. The hostess- Lupita and our waiters Sebastian and Andres. They were wonderful! We can’t say enough about them! So welcoming! Thank you guys again for an extraordinary week! The restaurant’s name is deceiving. The food is upscale and high!
My friend and I picked Fiesta Americana Condesa solely due to the MASSIVE pool and restaurant options and boy, we weren’t disappointed. The property has just gone through a renovation and reflects all that is best about Mexico – the colors, flavors, hospitality, and a general air of relaxation. We opted for a Premium Oceanfront room, and it was such a delight to wake up to numerous shades of azure and the sea breeze.
