My family and I passed a week at this magnificent resort/ hotel. The staff is truly exceptional, they never say no, you feel like they care for you. All rooms have great views of the Caribbean, and they are all very nicely decorated. Their food is delicious in all restaurants. We had a few issues with TV and WiFi, but those were minor issues.
We’ve visited Cancun a few times a year for the past 8 to 10 years and after trying a few other hotels and leaving disappointed we returned to the Ritz and have no desire to go to any other hotel/resort in Cancun. We’ve been here for almost a week, and the hotel, grounds, staff, etc. are 5 stars all the way!
We are staying on the club floor, and the staff treats all of the guests so well; they suggested the cozumel deep sea fishing trip. The food and snacks throughout the day are very yummy! The lobby lounge is great! Blanca, Javier, and Bruno have taken great care of us each time we visit. The hotel is constantly being improved with renovations and changes that only help improve the experience.
All of the staff are wonderful and are always smiling and willing to help with anything you may need. The hotel has some of the top restaurants in Cancun, and you won’t be disappointed in any of them. The sushi in the lobby lounge is some of the best I’ve ever had.
The beach and grounds are meticulously maintained. We’ve stayed at many Ritz carton locations, and the service we’ve received here is the best of any situation. Can’t wait to return.
Don’t forget to tour the atrium in the middle of the resort. Trailing philodendrons under a stained glass ceiling is the beauty you don’t want to miss.
