The same way you’re reading these reviews is the same way my beloved girlfriend and I were reading it, and it was to find the “perfect” spot for our first getaway together.
Hyatt Zilara adults-only was in one word marvelous. The second that we arrived we were greeted by a group of people that didn’t even let us carried our luggage to the few stair steps, the staff was ready to answer any concerns or questions that we had – they even recommended me the bonefish cozumel trip, food was amazing from breakfast to dinner.
The pool was clean at all times, the little cabana by the pool was very comfortable, but you might want to wake up early to grab one because they go by fast. We had to wake up around 6:00am, which wasn’t bad at all, we were able to watch the beautiful sunrise while laying down in one of the cabanas. Please, if you’re having any doubts about booking a pleasant stay, I say choose Hyatt Zilara Cancun!
From the time we arrived at our departure, the staff was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was friendly from check-in to the restaurants, to the pool staff. We were in a Junior King Suite.
The lower level had a table, and two couches and a tv and the upper had the bathroom with a huge shower and the king bed with a jacuzzi tub in the corner! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our patio, which had two chairs and a table.
The nightly shows were great! We spent a lot of meals at Asiana, which is the buffet since it had such a great selection; but the other restaurants were top notch also! The property quiets down around 11pm, which was nice for us. My only suggestion for fellow travelers: if you want a spot by the pool, get there early! Or at least leave a towel or personal item to save your place. I am looking forward to returning to this resort in the future!
Everything was excellent other than my room AC not cooling below 27* C. Had to sleep with the fan on high to be comfortable. I would break a sweat just brushing teeth. But the property is beautiful, and the staff is excellent. Great location to walk to local shops and bars. Definitely a return trip in the future.
