We have been to the Hyatt Ziva twice now and have had the best experience both times. The food and drinks were perfect. The staff always goes the extra mile. It’s clean and very safe. We are currently planning our third trip.
What an experience we had at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Just came back and will go back again in a minute. Everything was top notch. Beautiful, Earthy, modern yet comfortable design, the most comfortable beds and rooms, delicious food, clean beach, great staff with their snuba diving cozumel recommendations, and can’t even find one negative point to report back.
We had such a great trip. It was made especially great by two servers by the pool. Juan, Daniel, and Oliver. They were both fantastic and took such great care of our family, and they remembered us each day and made everything so enjoyable. I can’t say enough positive things about them.
Our extended family enjoyed 7 days at this fantastic resort, and we had incredible service by our butler, Carlos. Every morning started with a delicious latte prepared by Claudio, Anaid, or Sharon. Down at the pool, we were lucky to have Oliver and Juan Daniel taking care of our pool drinks! One of our favorite dinners was at Lorenzo’s. Our servers were Josue and the manager, Jose Ceballos, helped make our night memorable.
We used Vacation Express for 6 nights from Columbus. Everything went very smoothly, and I would use them again. The only minor issue was the seats do not recline on Viva Aerobus.
The Nexus free shopping tour included in our package was a disappointment; they took us to a single jewelry store (high pressure), then when you were done there, you could walk across the street to a huge mall. More like a big mall back home, not suitable for Mexican souvenir shopping.
The next evening, we walked up to the street to a flea market and a much better indoor mall across the road with the more touristy type of shopping options. In this block are a cinema, Dady O’s, Hard Rock, Hooters, Senor Frogs, Carlos and Charlies, and much more. Found a kiosk to get an ice cold 16oz can of Bud Light for $3. Walk out the Hyatt front door and bear to your left for a short couple blocks.
