Way more than I expected!

The hotel is clean, secure, and the beds comfy. It was a high price and precisely what I was searching for and needed. For my purposes the location was perfect. Casa Mexicana includes breakfast and is consistently terrific.

Very kind staff, excellent location (in the middle of the town but silent during the night, close to ferry) taste breakfasts in a sister resort Casa Mexicana (5 minutes walk from Suites) and comfy and clean rooms. All recommendations!

The location is quite close to the ferry just a few minutes walk. The breakfast is in another resort which also isn’t that way with lots of options.

My last several trips to Cozumel happen to be with my loved ones. I met people who recommended me the cozumel coral reef restoration program for my family. We typically stay at a 5-star resort. This trip I arrived by myself for a couple of days of diving. I just wanted a place to stay in the city center. The hotel doesn’t have a pool and is about a block from the Malecon.

I’m not sure what the hotel cost per night, but round trip airfare from Chicago and five nights at the hotel price $507. The resort where I stayed previously could have cost close to $2,000 for your flight and five nights.

While my room was in no way a suite, it was rather large and had two double beds. The air conditioning maintained a constant temperature, and also a ceiling fan kept the air moving. The area and the bathroom (oversized towels) were spotless every day. Water pressure could have been higher, but it was decent. The tv worked nicely, and the hotel is a few buildings from the closest street. My room was silent.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was supplied a couple of blocks away (a 5-minute walk) at a different hotel (with likely the same ownership). Food was varied and quite excellent. The only negative was that the coffee in the pot on the desk wasn’t hot.
