The resort is beautiful and offers many amenities. The staff could not have done more to make our stay more delightful. Specifically, Mauricio, Rodrigo, and Rosy. Meeting Valerie was a pleasure. The food and drinks were top notch. I can not say enough about their kindness as I accompanied my 83-year-old father. My heart will forever be grateful for the memories given to him on this beautiful trip by this excellent staff.
Ximena made my trip the absolute best! She made sure we knew where to go, she even came and made sure we got there! Thank you for a fantastic time! This hotel was the best! I would love to stay here again!
I planned a bachelorette trip back in May and Ximena helped out so much! She literally went above and beyond, even before our tour of 6 arrived. She helped set up beautiful things for the bride to be inside and outside of the resort. She truly gave our whole crew a warm welcome and made it a fun experience. I will definitely be back because of Ximena’s outstanding service.
My wife and I experienced a very relaxing time at Live Aqua. We loved relaxing on the hammocks on the beach and swimming in the pool. All the hotel staff that we had the pleasure to interact with were incredibly welcoming and intent on providing the best service they could afford; we’ll try an amazing riviera maya fishing charters they recommend.
We ate at 5 different places on the property, but were totally blown away by the food and service at MB restaurant! The culinary experience, in my opinion, was second to none!
Chefs Francisco Cruz and Daniel Baltazar personally visited us at our table, and recommended the most fantastic dinner! Julio Salinas, the restaurant manager, also visited us to make sure we loved the lunch and were having a great time.
Our waiter Cesar Zavala was very attentive and cheerful. Also, the piano player helped create a pleasant atmosphere as we joyously ate our dinner! My wife and I are excited to return to Live Aqua shortly.
From check in to check out the service is exceptional. Absolutely a 5 star, 1st Class sort of place. A Special thank you for the Fathers day morning seed weed greeting on the beach, a lovely touch. Thank you for a great stay.
